Township Officials & Staff
Overview
The Township Board is elected by the citizens of Almena every four years and is comprised of seven members; Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer and four Trustees. The Board is responsible for enacting ordinances, allocation and approval of budget, levying millage, and other items authorized by the State Statute.
Meeting Schedule
The public is always welcome and encouraged to attend Board meetings. In general the monthly meetings occur on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Please check the calendar to confirm the next meeting.
Terms
All township board members serve the same four year term. The current term ends in November of 2024.
